NOMA Lab in FRAME Magazine

Page 56 of the newest edition of FRAME, one of the leading international interior design magazines, offers a visit to NOMA Lab and an interview with Kasper Guldager Jørgensen, Head of GXN, who talks about the challenges of the designing an innovative food lab and office for NOMA, the Copenhagen-based restaurant known as the world’s best. 

The design of the NOMA Lab included a close collaboration with the NOMA organization and chef René Redzepi in order to create an environment that would inspire the chefs and enhance the team spirit in the everyday. The NOMA Lab was completed in February this year and just two months later the restaurant was for the third time rated the world’s best place to eat.
